AIR TO WATER HEAT PUMP

ENERGY SAVINGS, What is the COP?

The COP is the coefficient of air to water heat pump performance.

This data gives us the amount of useful heat provided by the air to water pump for each kWh of electricity consumed.

The coefficient will vary depending on outside temperatures, the temperature instructions chosen by the user and the water pumping temperature that each heating system requires to transmit heat within the home (underfloor heating , fan coils or radiators).

For each kWh that we consume, we obtain a different heat power for each traditional system such as gas, electrical and diesel boilers – each one has its own performance although they are very similar.

Thermira air to water heat pump gives you a much better performance than these other systems, regardless of the kind of installation (underfloor heating, fan coils or radiators).

When we speak of cold performance, we mean the EER as the energy efficiency rating of the equipment in cooling mode.
